WHS Media Center


The Woodruff High School Library Media Center provides over 12,000 materials to support and enrich the curriculum. Included in the collection are books, of course, magazines, newspapers, videos, DVDs, and more. In addition, desktop and laptop computers provide access to the library catalog and Internet. Students and faculty/staff members are encouraged to use library resources and in doing so, become effective users of information in a variety of formats.

For specific library and Internet policies, students should refer to pages 29-31 of the Student Handbook.

These include encyclopedias as well as a variety of databases that not only access biographies, newspapers, magazine and journal articles online but can also suggest what to read next if you want to find a book you like.
