Due: Periodically throughout each nine weeks.

Purpose: To review an idea learned the previous day or to introduce the lesson for that day.

Directions:  Each day, upon entering the classroom, student will copy the bell work from the board or overhead, date the assignment and begin working immediately.  The first few2 minutes of class, as determined by the teacher, will be devoted to completing the bell work for the day.  Students who do not complete the bell work in the allotted time must complete the assignment outside of the classroom.  Bell work should be kept in the 1/2 inch three ring binder and brought to class each day.  Students not working on the bell work when they tardy bell rings will be considered late.
