Expectations

Dear Parents and Students,

I want to welcome each student to the 2004-2005 school year at Woodruff High School.  I want each student to have a successful and productive year in English class.  I welcome parent involvement, so please call the school to talk with me or to schedule a conference to discuss questions or concerns you may have.  Below is a list of requirements and guidelines for my classes.

Thank you,

Kim Dionne

  • three-ring notebook with loose-leaf paper
  • pens, pencils, and hi-lighters
  • white-out
  • textbooks/novels
  • sticky notes are helpful to identify important pages in novels

Make-Up Work

  • Students are responsible for work missed due to absences.  Students need to see me a the end of class or the end of the school day for make-up assignments.  Failure to do so will result in a zero for each missed assignment
