End of Course Test |
|
As you
may know the South Carolina State Department of Education has mandated
that all Algebra I students take an End of Course (EOC) Algebra I Exam.
The EOC will encompass the SC State Standards for Algebra I that
are being taught in the classroom.
This state-designed exam will be administered at the end of the
year at a time specified by the state, usually early May.
The EOC, as mandated by the SC State Department of Education, will count 20% of the yearly Algebra I
grade.
Please remember that this applies to all Algebra I students in
the state of South Carolina. I will do everything possible to ensure my students are well prepared for this exam. It is imperative to understand that the 20% weight of this test can affect the overall grade positively or negatively. |
