The team's regular workout usually consists of:

Mile Repeats |
The team runs 5 laps around the football field (this is equal to one mile). We do about 3 repetitions. |

Speed work |
Speed work days usually consist of 10 repetitions or more of: 110-yard sprints and hills. |

LSD |
LSD stands for "long-slow-distance." On these days, we have a choice of either running around town or on the course. LSD days are a favorite among most. |

Stride-outs |
A stride out is when you run around the football field. You walk, start to jog, sprint, then slow down; repeat. We do between 5 and 10. The purpose of a stride-out is to stretch out your legs and open up your "stride," so you do not become tight. |
