Ms. Karen Neal is a lifelong resident of District 4 and a graduate of WHS. She received a bachelor of science, masters degree, and an Education Specialist degree all from the University of South Carolina in addition to having been an adjunct instructor. Ms. Neal has worked in District 4 in a variety of roles including teacher and assistant principal. She has served as Principal since 2003. |
