Algebra II
¨ Assignment Sheet should be placed in the notebook at all times.
¨ Section One 1. title page with name, subject, teacher, year
2. notebook requirement/testing procedures sheet
3. discipline policy
¨ Section Two 1. divider labeled “Review”
2. work and answers for all “class starter” review problems
¨ Section Three 1. divider labeled “SAT”
2. SAT calendars/sheets
3. answers for all SAT problems
¨ Section Four 1. divider labeled “Word Problems”
2. word problem sheets
3. work and answers for all word problems assigned behind the respective sheet
¨ Section Five 1. divider labeled “Notes”
2. all notes with corresponding date
¨ Section Six 1. divider labeled “Homework”
2. all assigned homework with correct work shown
3. dates should be placed in the top right corner or each page
¨ Section Seven 1. divider labeled “Cumulative”
2. all cumulative review sheets
3. work and answers assigned
*Students are responsible for correcting all mistakes in their notebook.
*Students are responsible for any work missed in all sections with the exception of class notes.
*The date and initials should be placed in the top right corner of sections 6 and 7.
*If a student has left their notebook at home, they must inform the teacher before class begins to be given any consideration for an alternate grade.
There will be two types of grades for notebooks. All notebook grades will be averaged to form a test grade.
SECTIONS 2,3,4, and 7Þ 10% each from various sections
SECTIONS 5 and 6Þ25% each
